Played on isometric grids, various mecha from your Canyon Crow attack squad are arrayed against opposing armies. Originally released in 1995 on the Super Famicom, Square revisits their 16-bit heyday and updates Front Mission for a new legion of fans. The version of Front Mission included in the bundle is the updated Front Mission First which is available separately by its lonesome. To initiate a new generation of gamers in the Huffman Wars, Square digs into the past and collects all three Front Mission games and throws in a trio of Wanzer mech figures to create a special Front Mission History box set which will be limited to 20,000 units.
The Canyon Crow 15th Armored Unit was a mercenary force which valiantly fought on the side of the Oceania Community Union (OCU) against the United States of the New Continent (USN) in the original Front Mission games. Front Mission History is a compilation of the first three Front Mission games (Front Mission 1st, Front Mission 2 & Front Mission 3).
